Before a session is launched in the cloud, Claude Code can now read how your git repository (the folder git tracks your project in) is laid out, and record one of four outcomes in usage data: unplaced, nothing vouched, placed or widened.
Why
This points to changes in how cloud sessions are set up from your local repository. It does not change what you see.
