Where Claude Code displays a tool name matching claude-device, it now adds a note saying that calls to claude-device's chrome_* tools are shown as mcp__claude-in-chrome__*.
Why
If you see Chrome tool calls under the mcp__claude-in-chrome__ name, the note tells you they may have come from claude-device.
