Tools such as SendMessage come with written instructions that tell Claude how to use them. Under certain account settings, those instructions as Claude Code actually sends them have gained text, including this example message: {"to": "worker", "message": "check if tests pass over there"}. The default, stock description of SendMessage has not changed.
Why
Claude follows these instructions, so added text here can change how and when it sends messages. What the added text changes in practice has not been measured.
