What
In a remote session (Claude Code running on another machine and streaming back to you), Claude Code reports diagnostics when the connection runs into trouble. Two of those reports now carry a short reason code:
- When Claude Code gives up trying to register the remote worker.
- When the live stream of updates from the remote session stops answering in time.
Why
A reason code makes it easier to tell different kinds of connection failure apart when they are looked into.
