What
When fetching a web page fails, Claude Code now maps the error to a specific reason for its reporting, such as:
- invalid URL
- URL too long
- disallowed by the site's robots rules
- site blocked
- rate limit exceeded
A new kind called monitor_watch_closed was also added to a list of event kinds.
