What
Claude Code filters the list of tools offered to Claude. Before, it dropped a tool only if the tool's name was in a set of names to exclude. Now it drops a tool when its name matches in another way too, or when its name or alias (an alternative name for the same tool) passes certain further checks.
Separately, Claude Code now keeps a record of skills (reusable instructions Claude can load) that have been replaced, in the order they were replaced.
