What
Claude Code's usage and error reporting changed in three ways:
- Error reports now note when an error matches a refused session mode.
- A new request source, "side_reply", is recognised.
- Diagnostics gain two reasons: the sign-in token expired, and sign-in details never arrived with a request.
Why
These are new reporting categories. Nothing you see changes.
