What
A self-hosted runner is a machine you run that picks up Claude Code work. When it asks the server for hints about starting new work, the reply can now include slots, a whole number of at least 1. The runner's debug log line now shows this value.
Why
The server can now suggest how many pieces of work a runner should start.
