What
When your computer sleeps and wakes, its clock appears to jump forward (a "wall-clock drift"), and Claude Code reconnects its link to remote sessions. It now marks this kind of reconnect with a flag. Before, it reconnected without marking it.
Why
Reconnects caused by sleep and wake can now be told apart from other reconnects.
