What
Two admin configuration changes:
inferenceProvider is now marked as a setting that applies to the desktop app.
- The setting for a prompt to import on a new chat or task has a rewritten description.
The new description says the prompt is off if the setting is unset, and lists two modes:
show displays it always, but needs enabled or a sign-in import.
detect displays it if enabled finds earlier Claude sessions.
The old description said the prompt was hidden when unset and appeared at the top of a new chat or task.
Why
Admins who choose show should make sure enabled or a sign-in import is also in place, since the description now says show depends on one of them.
