What
When Claude Code purges its history or a folder, it now uses a shared step that reports back a result. Before, it force-deleted the files and reported nothing. Purging a project now catches errors and stops instead of letting the error escape.
Why
A failed purge is now reported rather than ending in an unhandled error.
