What
When you start a cloud session (a Claude Code session on a remote machine), Claude Code shows a summary of the settings it did not send along. That summary now covers two more things:
Deny or ask rules that look like they contain a credential, such as a password or key. These permission rules (rules that block an action or make Claude ask first) are reported as not in force in the cloud session.
Text settings: attribution, language and output style.
Before, the summary only listed withheld settings, rules about local paths or devices, and allow rules that were kept for safety.
Why
A deny rule that is not sent is a rule that does not protect you in the cloud session. The summary now tells you when that happens, so you can see that something you blocked locally may be allowed remotely.
