The label on the list of files changed during a shell command now says another process may have changed them too

After a shell command runs, Claude Code can show a list of files that changed. The label on that list now reads "files that changed while this command ran, by the command or by another process". Before, it described them as what the command changed. The label is also now used in one more situation than before.

Why

Claude is given a more accurate label, so it is less likely to assume a command made a change that came from something else running at the same time.
