What
Three related changes for sessions driven by another program:
When a worker (the process running the session) restarts from its saved record, it can now restore max_thinking_tokens and thinking_display, the settings for how much the model thinks and how that thinking is shown.
If a model list sent through apply_flag_settings is malformed, Claude Code ignores it and logs a warning.
Requests to rewind the conversation (go back to an earlier point) that are older than a time limit are refused as expired.
Why
Thinking settings no longer reset when a worker restarts, a bad model list no longer breaks a settings update, and stale rewind requests no longer go through.
