Unclear Which servers mcp_call now refuses is not stated.

What

MCP servers are add-on servers that give Claude Code extra tools. When a program using the SDK sets the MCP servers with mcp_set_servers, Claude Code no longer decides through a remote switch whether to delay connecting to them.

Separately, mcp_call now refuses calls to some servers with a fixed error message.

Why

Programs that embed Claude Code may see MCP servers connect at a different point during startup, and some MCP calls return an error where they did not before.
