What
Claude Code can upload a session's transcript (the record of the conversation) to the server and later catch up on parts it has not sent yet. Before uploading subagent transcripts this way, it now reads the subagent events the server already has and skips those.
If the session changes, or sending to the server is switched off, while those reads are happening, Claude Code stops the subagent upload.
Why
This stops the same subagent transcript entries from being uploaded twice.
