What
The coordinator's task is passed inside the instructions given to Claude Code's observer. That task block now carries a nonce, a random value used once, and the instructions tell the model the block carries it. The instruction for writing a digest also gains an extra sentence.
Why
It makes it harder for text inside the task to pass itself off as real instructions, a trick known as prompt injection.
