What
Two separate changes:
- Prompt history, the record of what you have typed, now counts drafts you cleared in the current session and can include them when asked to.
- The list of artifacts now reports a total count and whether that total is a lower bound, and is cut off at a set number of items.

A prompt you cleared by mistake may be recoverable from history instead of lost.
