What
Claude Code sends internal events, records of what happened in a session, in batches. When the server refuses an upload and the batch can be sent again in two halves, Claude Code now logs this and splits the batch. Before, a refused batch was dropped.
Why
Fewer events are lost when a batch is turned down for being too large.
