What
When Claude lists your artifacts, the result can now carry a total count, or a lower bound when the exact total is not known. The text Claude receives says how many are shown out of how many, explains how to reach more, and describes the order the list is sorted in for each scope.
Before, a cut-off list only said that more might exist and suggested passing a higher limit, up to 50.
Why
Claude gets a clearer picture of when a list of artifacts is incomplete, so it is less likely to treat a partial list as everything there is.
