When a repository is too large to upload, the error message now begins "This repository is too large to upload: its git history is" and goes on to give the size of the git history and the maximum upload size.
The old message said the repository was too large to bundle and told you to set up GitHub on https://claude.ai/code.
Why
The message now tells you how far over the limit you are, and it no longer sends you to GitHub setup.
