A cloud session can refuse a request because you have not yet said you trust the repository attached to it. The message shown in that case now tells you to ask Claude, in that session, to connect to the computer again. If no question about trust appears, it tells you to start a new session.
Why
The old message said that reconnecting the computer changes nothing. The advice is now the opposite, so reconnecting is the step to try.
