When the SendFile tool cannot send a file, it reports a line saying the file could NOT be sent, with the file path and the error. Claude Code now passes the path and the error through a cleanup step before putting them in that line. Before, it inserted them exactly as they were.
This is a small safety measure on what the tool prints.
