Plugins are add-on packages for Claude Code. Claude Code keeps a file recording which plugin folders are bound to which locations. It used to write this file every time. It now skips it when the session is set to save nothing to disk.
Why
A session set to leave nothing on disk now leaves nothing on disk for plugin bindings too.
