What
Claude Code has a new setting, controlled from Anthropic's servers and named tengu_encapsulated_dusk, that chooses between two ways of handling some data: dropping it entirely or redacting it, which means hiding its contents. When the server sends nothing, Claude Code falls back to redacting.

It is a new remote switch over how some data is handled, so the handling can change without a new release.
