What

Claude Code has a review screen, labelled "Review and accept settings changes for cloud sessions that use this computer". When an entry on that screen is marked as changed because your own settings file changed, it now explains what that means:

  • If your settings file is gone, it says "Your own settings file is gone; cloud sessions keep using what you accepted".
  • Otherwise, it says the part being kept differs from what you accepted.
Why

This makes it clearer which settings cloud sessions will actually use after you accept them and then change your own file.
