Claude Code can reply automatically to comments left on an artifact. When a quick check against the rules alone allows a reply, Claude Code now checks again with a full read. Before, the single quick check decided. The notice shown when it declines to reply now depends on more conditions. The hand-off to another agent also includes a hint about whether agents may hold comment threads.
