This appears to be a republish or rebuild of the previous version without any code modifications. The file sizes are identical (16,682,625 bytes) and all differences are limited to version identifiers and build metadata embedded in the source.
Published verbatim by Anthropic for v2.1.29. Text is unmodified from the upstream changelog. Everything else on this page came out of the bundle instead, which is why the two lists don't match.
