What
Claude Code can hold back some tools, the actions Claude can take, and load them only when Claude searches for them. When it reads which tools a search turned up, it used to understand only short references to a tool. It now also understands entries that carry a full tool definition, and takes the tool's name from that definition.
Why
Tools that are loaded later can now arrive in this second form and still be recognised.
