What
While a tool runs, Claude Code sends a regular progress signal. If sending one of these signals fails, Claude Code now reports the error and stops the signal. Before, it only logged the error. A success is recorded only when every signal went out without an error.
Why
This mostly affects Claude Code's internal reporting, with little visible change.
