What

When Claude Code builds the instructions for a code review, it can now include a stated limit on how many findings the review should report. The usage data Claude Code records about reviews now notes whether a limit was given (findings_limit) and what it was (findings_limit_value).

Why

This looks like support for asking a review to report no more than a certain number of problems.
