What
Claude Code's list of API error types now includes media_removed. It also records four new timing phases, meaning named steps whose duration is measured, at startup or at the start of a turn:

auto_mode_context_wait
model_client_data_wait
Why
The timing phases show in more detail where the wait before a turn is spent. The new error type gives a separate name to a failure involving removed media.
