What
When Claude writes to a database with the db_write tool, the result it gets back now has two extra parts: embedded and warnings. This applies to single writes and to batches. The result text shown to Claude lists them after the usage details. Before this change, the result held only whether the write was committed, the usage, and, for batches, the individual results.
Why
Claude can now see warnings from a database write and react to them, instead of treating every committed write as trouble-free.
