What
Claude Code has a new check that goes through content built from text, boxes, links and code blocks. For each code block it checks the source. If the check refuses it, the block loses its formatting and its starting line number. The check reports which block it was, where it came from and what was wrong.
Why
This adds a safeguard on code blocks shown on screen, for example ones that plugins display.
