What
Hooks are your own commands that Claude Code runs automatically at set moments. The hooks panel now lists the hooks set up on this machine and says whether each one runs in the cloud session. It also shows whether you have given consent to forward them. When they are not forwarded, it says "Hooks from this machine's settings are not forwarded to this cloud session".
A note at the bottom explains that plugin hooks are not listed. A plugin's hooks run in the cloud session only if that session loaded the plugin, which you can check at the top of /plugin.
