The /plugin menu, where you manage plugins (add-ons that extend Claude Code), has a new confirmation step for switching an installed plugin to a different copy of it. A copy here is the same plugin offered by another marketplace, which is a catalogue that plugins are installed from.
When the step appears, pressing y switches the plugin to the other copy. Claude Code then shows a summary of which settings and data were kept and which were removed.
Why
If the same plugin is installed from more than one marketplace, this gives you a way to move to a different copy. The summary tells you what you may need to set up again afterwards.
