What
A skill is a file of instructions that Claude Code can load and follow. When Claude Code loads one, it now records the location of that skill's file. The code that skips a skill when the same one was already loaded also had two values mixed up, and that has been fixed.
Why
The fix may correct skills that were listed wrongly after duplicates were skipped.
