The built-in plugin cc-plugin-sec-default@builtin has a shorter description. It now reads "Security default: seated outermost on a machine with managed settings". The words "wherever hooks modules can load" are gone.
Why
In practice the description now ties this plugin to machines with managed settings, which are settings set by an organization, and no longer mentions hooks modules.
