What
When screen-reader mode is in use, choosing from a list works by typing a number. That select component gains several options:
Empty lists: it now says "Nothing to select" when there is nothing to choose. Before, it always said "Enter a number between 1 and N".
screenReaderEmptySubmit: input options can accept pressing Enter with nothing typed.
hidePromptWhileDisabled: the select can hide its prompt while it is disabled.
Rewind dialog: the rewind selector turns on screenReaderEmptySubmit for its input options, and the timestamp shown when confirming is now measured from the moment you selected the message.
Why
People using a screen reader get a clear message instead of an impossible instruction when a list is empty, and can confirm in the rewind dialog without typing.
