What
The screens for browsing and installing plugins (add-ons that extend Claude Code) show more detail and gain a filter:
Community plugins are labelled "Community managed: maintained by its publisher, not Anthropic", with a line naming the repository.
A plugin pinned to one exact version of its code shows "Installs exactly commit" followed by that commit.

When a marketplace cannot be reached, the list is taken from an earlier session and a note says so.
Adding the built-in marketplace now switches it on, with messages saying it "is on" or "is already on".
Some of this appears only when an internal check allows it.
