What
A plugin is an add-on that extends Claude Code. Claude Code can suggest installing a plugin through a hint. Some plugins can be known by more than one ID. If the suggested plugin is already installed under its other ID, the hint is now dropped and a log line notes it. Before, the hint went straight on to be acted on.
