When Claude Code updates plugins automatically, the result now counts what happened to plugin directories:
directory_updated
directory_update_failed
directory_update_stuck
directory_identity_changed
Separately, when the hook engine refuses to start a hook, the report now records what kind of refusal it was. Previously it read the wrong value for this.
Why
This gives more insight into how plugin directory updates go, and makes hook refusal reports accurate.
