The fleet view lists sessions running in the background. It has gained these changes:
- A stop handler that runs the stop action for a session.
- A fixed reference time for the ages shown on the resume list, so the ages do not keep ticking while you look.
- Clicking a group header no longer always folds or unfolds the group.
