What

The SendMessage tool lets Claude send a message to another session, such as a Remote Control session. Claude Code refuses some of these messages: for example, from sessions with elevated security, or to recipients that cannot receive messages. It used to log every such refusal. It now skips the log entry in some cases. The refusal wording itself is unchanged.

Why

This only changes what Claude Code records when it refuses a message. Messages are refused in the same cases as before.
