When Claude Code cannot open a cloud session (a session that runs on Anthropic's servers instead of your computer), the message it exits with is now built on its own. Before, it shared the message used when requested options were rejected.
The message now begins with "Error: " unless it already does. If no specific reason is available, it falls back to "Unable to open the cloud session".

A failed cloud-session open now gives a clear message that cannot be blank.
