The system prompt is the hidden instructions Claude Code gives the model. It used to be a plain list of parts. Each part now passes through a step that labels and groups it, with group names such as bare, shared, session and memory_static. The text of the prompt itself did not change.
There is also a new detached option for sessions. When it is set, Claude Code skips a setup step and handles memory in an analysis-only way.
This prepares for tracking each part of the system prompt separately and for sessions that run detached. Nothing Claude reads changes.
tengu_silent_harbor Off in both readingsThe flag server returned off for the account this site reads and for the anonymous baseline. A reading of off cannot rule out a rollout these two readings sit outside of.

What the labels are used for, and what makes a session detached, is not known.
