What
This release has two small changes to how work is timed and how input is labelled:
Automatic backgrounding: Claude Code can move a long-running task to the background after a set time so you can keep working. Under a new condition, that timer is now turned off and the task is not moved automatically.
Message origin: when you press Enter in the message box and your message is sent straight away, Claude Code now records that it came from a person.
Why
Both are small changes to background timing and to how Claude Code records where a message came from.
