Pull request attribution uses the default when stats are missing

If Claude Code cannot tell how much of a change it wrote, pull request attribution now falls back to the default text

When Claude Code writes a pull request, it can add a note about how much of the work Claude did. If the figures behind that note cannot be found, Claude Code now uses the default attribution instead.

Why

This stops a wrong percentage from appearing in your pull request text.
