What
Two changes to the prompts where Claude Code asks you to approve an action:
- the prompt for approving a monitor now shows the monitor's description in dim text
- in a tool permission prompt, the fallback text shown at the denial limit and the reason text now sit in padded boxes, with different spacing
Why
When you are asked to approve a monitor, you can now read what it is for before you decide.
