What

A permission prompt is the box where Claude Code asks you to approve an action before it runs. Its title row can now carry an extra short note, shown in dim text at the right end of the line.

The note appears only when the title, the subtitle and the note all fit within the width of your terminal.

Why

This is a small layout change. Some permission prompts may show a little extra information beside their title, and on a narrow terminal that note is left out.
